I had hoped to announce the first entry in the Strike Survival TV Club either Friday or today, but my bosses have asked me to wait until Thursday so there's room for a splashier announcement in the paper. In the meantime,
today's column is the annual look back at some of the TV people who died in the last year.
You dismiss Smith as famous for being famous (as did the New York Times Magazine), which is only mostly true. She is noteworthy as a litigant.
ReplyDeleteFunny to include Charles but exclude Brett. Charles was probably the more famous of the two, but it's hard to think of one without the other, and they died in the same year.
