Just a reminder: the "America's Game" episode on the Giants-Pats Super Bowl, which I raved about last month, is going to air Wednesday night at 9 on NFL Network.
thanks for putting up the reminder....sounds like a can't miss for us big blue fans. And by the way, for Adam....i lose count...how many super bowls have the eagles won? Hard to remember!!
Unfortunately, it looks like TWC in Brooklyn doesn't carry NFL Network. I never noticed that since I've never watched a Thursday night game that wasn't simulcast on broadcast. I guess I'll have to wait for this on DVD to once again enjoy the thrill of victory (and schadenfraude!)
Alan, thank you for the original post about this episode and this reminder post. I'm not a huge fan of football or of the Giants (Peyton is definitely my preferred Manning brother), but I tuned in and this was a great episode, and was very entertaining to watch. Michael Strahan has some really great stories.
It'll be your only chance to see Osi Umenyiora and Michael Strahan play football this year.
ReplyDeleteEnjoy Jerome McDougle. :)
That would hurt, Adam, if I wasn't going to watch them hoist the championship banner two nights from now.
ReplyDeleteAnd I'm fine with McDougle as the eighth guy in an eight-man rotation on a veteran minimum contract.
Off to find some YouTube footage of Osi v. Winston Justice.
