It's baaaaaaack!!!!

Someone has once again posted the video of Turk dancing to "Posion" on YouTube. If you didn't see it when that episode of "Scrubs" aired, don't miss it. It will fill you with six different kinds of happiness.

Donald Faison was sixteen years old when "Poison" became a hit -- and for those who don't realize, he is recreating much of the original BBD choreography (down to pointing at his watch). I would like to believe he's been doing this around set for years, but it took the writers this long to work it into a script.

Never trust a big butt and a smile!

Why, during the line "We're running out of time", does Turk point to the wrist that DOES NOT have a watch on it?

Or is that the joke?

bf,

Because that's the hand Ronnie Devoe pointed to during performances. There's a slow loading youtube video of a BBD performance on Soul Train that makes it all clear.

Only six different kinds of happiness? I think I felt at least nine watching that. Definitely one of my favorites, and it permanently endeared Donald Faison to me.

So much happy goodness on in this clip. I use this to get people interested in the goofy appeal of Scrubs. Thanks Alan!
(Note: I saw that "Payback is a Bitch" with Dr. Cox and JD was also up on YouTube. Almost as funny as this one. Almost.)

Thanks for posting that link and reminding me of how Faison owned this season. And if you're wanting more, here's the unedited version of "More Than a Feeling" (without the cutaways to other characters) that NBC briefly had on its website.

By the way, I've been meaning to say how much I love the blog, Alan, and that it's part of my daily roundup of TV meta. Must try to join in the discussions more often!
