What is the new logo?
Okay, this new one should be particularly easy if you've been paying attention in recent weeks, but feel free to guess, then talk about it. And remember, you can see links to, and explanations for, all the old logos in this post.

I presume haircuts.
The WB shows?
They're all leads from WB shows (that have the character's name in the title)... not sure if there is any connective thread beyond that though?
Rory Gilmore
Angel
Felicity
Tarzan
I miss the old WB shows! <3
Shows on the WB?
Wait, that one on the right is a dude?
the letters from "watching" always obscure the photos for me.
Shows that have the character's name as the title?
WB Title characters!
Looking at this makes me realise something - I much, much prefer David Boreanaz as Seeley Booth to Boreanaz as Angel.
I think the last couple of logo themes has been rather lame. Come on Alan, inspire us!
HAIRCUTS.
Eponymous WB shows
Answer already given but I should get points for brevity, if that's your thing.
If you use the letters of each word of each title, you get GGAFT. Clearly that must be a hint?
I've been rewatching old WB shows lately! I just finished Dawson's Creek, which is still as pretentious, self-indulgent, and cheesy as always, but still somehow enjoyable. I'm very glad you did not use James Van Der Beek in the logo, though.
I knew what the first three were, but couldn't figure out the fourth picture.
How about having the logo redesigned so that What's Alan Watching is in the black space and the pictures are unobstructed?
WB breakouts?
So that's Tarzan on the right? My thought was, "Tim Riggins has learned about shampoo?"
This may not be the main point, but they're all characters whose personal development required them to move away from home. (Rory moved from Stars Hollow to attend Yale, Angel moved from Sunnydale to L.A., Felicity moved from Palo Alto to "The University of New York," and Tarzan moved from an African jungle to New York City.)
Who are four people who have never been in my kitchen?
(My friend Cliff Clavin told me to say that.)
I like all the theories on why these specific WB shows, but I'll save you all the brow-furrowing. It's a mirror of the UPN logo, where I picked three of the worst UPN shows and the absolute best, since the two networks had opposite quality reputations when they merged. Here, it's three of the better WB shows, and one terrible one.
(My friend Cliff Clavin told me to say that.)
Your friend should have told you to say that a few weeks ago.
Oh! Are they the best WB shows that aired mostly in the 00s? That's why you wouldn't include James Van Der Beek.
OK, clearly not. I've never seen Tarzan... I would've assumed it was terrible, but I didn't know for sure.
One other point: They're all shows that were made for a main viewership of older teen girls, but which often managed to surpass their genre enough to be interesting to general audiences. (With the exception of "Tarzan," which wasn't interesting to anyone.)
I'm surprised you're not afraid of the wrath of Tarzan. When that guy takes umbrage, watch out!
Okay, I think I got it. And I'm flattered you know me so well.
They're all lead actors shows that I haven't seen. :)
Is that Angel from Angel, or Angel from Buffy?
I need to pay more attention!
I do like the logo game. I'd read the site regularly without it, but it's like free bonus fun.
"Here, it's three of the better WB shows, and one terrible one."
Hey now, Felicity wasn't terrible - she just got a bad haircut, ok?! Leave Felicity alone!
/emo
Yeah, I was thinking it was characters who had both long and short haircuts at various times (although I have no familiarity with the Tarzan show- I was just going on Rory, Felicity, and Angel- who had long hair in the flashbacks to his days in Europe).
