All UPN programming: Veronica Mars, Shasta McNasty, Secret Diary of Desmond Pfeiffer and Home boys From Outer Space
All UPN programming that I thought would be stupid. (Oh, how wrong I was. Forgive my initial skepticism, Shasta McNasty!)
Wow, "Homeboys in Outer Space"? That actually existed? And aired 21 episodes? The mind boggles.
Scorpio from the simpsons was played by Albert Brooks nit Phil Hartman.
That wasn't Hank Scorpio. That was Troy McClure in the Planet of the Apes musical.
Haha, yep after closer inspection that's Troy in his planet of the apes musical!
I still miss Phil Hartman.
Ooh, I like it. Personally, I would have gone with "The Mullets" over Veronica Mars, to keep all of the shows mind-numbingly bad. But still, great work.
I'm going to say UPN shows listed by descinding level of quality (Veronica Mars being the best, of course).

I immediately recognized "Veronica Mars" and "Homeboys from Outer Space" and wondered what space-themed names the other two shows had.
CAPTCHA: "Napsylon." More outer spacey goodness!
The most heinous thing about Desmond Pfeiffer had nothing to do with any racial controversy: It was an unacknowledged Blackadder ripoff.
Am I a bad person for enjoying the hell out of Desmond Pfeiffer? The show gave us Abraham Lincoln having steamy telegraph sex. How can you argue with that?
Even though most of its programming was junk, clearly not all of it was. So it's a little sad that what used to be a fifth broadcast network, sort of, now wastes prime time on the same "Law & Order" and "Bones" repeats you can find all through cable.
All have actors with a capital "B" in their last name?
I overthought this one. I saw "Veronica MARS" and "Homeboys in Outer SPACE" and assumed some sort of space theme, so was scouring Chi McBride's imdb entry for a show with a planet or star in its name.
Aw, UPN. I give thanks to UPN since it gave Buffy two more seasons. And considering how well the CW is doing these days, I really miss the good ol' days of WB and UPN, where not every show was about OMFG.
And, yeah, if it were Hank Scorpio, who was voiced by Albert Brooks (I think?), it wouldn't have fitted with the Phil Hartman theme of the banner
I'm embarrassed to say that I recognized "Shasta McNasty" immediately. I'm surprised there wasn't a picture of Christina Hendricks from her days in "Kevin Hill".
When I saw Kristen Bell and Chi McBride, I expected a P.I. theme. Of the remaining two, it was actually the Shasta McNasty crew that seemed the most implausible.
I remember when UPN premiered and then tried to launch all those bizarre one hour dramas. I applaud the effort since they almost all seemed to have a sci-fi bend to them. I guess it was because they had Star Trek TNG. There was Nowhere Man, the Sentinel, and the Watcher (feat. Sir Mix Alot). Good times.
